vellichoreos Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at vellichoreos. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before the product has been shipped or entered the production phase. If your order is successfully cancelled under these conditions, you will receive a full refund.
We are unable to cancel any order once the product has been shipped from our facility.

2. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items. Customers have the right to initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility Criteria:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Shipping & Fees:

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs at most once.
No restocking fees will be applied for eligible returns.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days (please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction).

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

First, re-check your bank or credit card account.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@vellichoreos.com.

6. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
